Pancit With Sabaw?!!?!?!

And I am back!
The Food Guy Jeybez (Jabez) is back
!

The best way to know a place is by tasting their food. But for a student like me, I can not afford to travel because I lack a HUGE amount money. Good thing, Ilagan City has come to the city of Dagupan!
With only 8 pesos, you can go to Cocina de Ilagan a place where you can experience Ilagan City without paying for your plane ticket.  Just ride any Bonuan-route jeep to go there. Here is a complete guide for you.

You will be seeing a signage of the restaurant along the highway. The signage looks like this:

Now, before reviewing their food, first, we review the place.

The Set up is good, but small for large group of people. The place is good for merienda because of its said size. They also have this cool background which is an Instagram-worthy wall. Without much further a do, lets proceed to the:

 FOOD REVIEW!

The place only offers three food. The Special Pancit Cabagan(Regular,Special), Sotanghon Canton, and Their Pancit for Bilao.

Because this meal is sponsored by our church mate, we only ordered the cheapest one, The Special Pancit Cabagan (Regular).

Here are the photographs of the food, and me with the food.

I was truly surprised by the pancit. but,

WHY DOES THIS PANCIT HAS BROTH???

The Special Pancit Cabagan (Regular) has quill eggs and squidball but its very unusual to see a usually dry panct to have broth. But the weirdness of the presentation is not as weird its taste. The broth is perfect, not too salty and not too sour. The pancit is also good, the squidballs and quill eggs suits perfectly for the food. It's surely is a perfect taste of Ilagan City.

I would really come back here with my family or friends.  It's a place you'll regret not going to.

So this ends the blog, thank you for viewing!
