The Food Guy Meets the Big Boy

The Food guy meets a Big Boy

My family, along with my cousins and their mother had a problem one night because we had no food at our house. And suddenly, My mom thought of an idea of going to the city proper and go to the famous "Pigar-Pigar street" which is the Galvan Street.  There, we saw a attractive restaurant named the BIG BOY. The place was really attractive because it was so neat and not like the other usual pigar-pigar restaurant, its a bit cleaner to look at.

We ordered Pigar-Pigar which is undeniably, delicious! Pigar-Pigar is Pangasinansee term means “Turning Over” that refers to the process of cooking which requires constant turning over of meat while deep-frying. This is also one of the popular delicacy of Dagupan made of thin slices carabao’s meat seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, served with vegetables.

I also wanted other food so I ordered Kaleskes, is a pangasinense term for intestine. The dish also includes Pa le (pancreas) and some meat cuts. It is up to the customer if he’d like to add dugo (blood) or sebo (sebum) to add more quirk factor to the dish.  It was really good! I really liked the Dugo, Good thing our religion dont forbid us for eating this food from heaven. <3. I just love Kaleskes!

From the family that loves eating,
Enjoy life with Good Food!
